Strata Financial has joined Ireland’s Top 20 Accountancy Firms, according to the latest published rankings. Managing partner, Dominic Kelly, says it’s the first time the growing firm has made the Top 20 and they are delighted with the achievement.
The rankings are produced by the Finance Dublin Annual Accountancy Survey. Mr Kelly says the inclusion is a result of outstanding client growth and results for Strata Financial, and staffing increases.
“It’s important for the firm, because it reflects the faith our clients put in us, and the consistent proactive partnership relationship with clients that delivers real value for them. We have never tried to be a pure compliance necessity, but instead strive to be a proactive partner for clients, innovating and problem solving.”
“The Finance Dublin Survey shows a year of strong fee income growth amongst Ireland’s leading firms and big changes at the top of the table. The figures for this year’s show Republic of Ireland fee income growth of 17% for 2022-3 with all of the Big Four firms switching places in terms of their size and growth rankings at the top.”
Strata Financial was formed in 2021, from the merger of the firms DKC Accountants and OCC Consulting. “Our defined strategy is to grow the firm to one of Ireland’s Top 15 firms by 2025. We will achieve this partly through organic growth, but also by acquisitions of smaller firms.”
“The challenge faced with this growth is to maintain our level of excellence. To this end, Strata continues to invest heavily in our teams and our leading IT and operational systems.”
Dominic says the firm anticipates staffing levels to be circa 70 people by the end 2024, and over 100 by 2025, and is heavily invested in IT and method systems. “We have achieved Gold status as a training firm, and are proud of our repeated A grade status for auditing, and AML requirements.”
“Strata prides itself on being both a great place to work, and to offer clearly defined paths to partner level for all staff. Our core ethos is to partner with clients and build solid core teams. This reflects successfully in our clients, and our own financial results, and returns to team members.”
“Sustainability plays a key and important role in how we operate and is at the forefront of where we want to develop. Corporate Social Responsibility, and its benefits and obligations will become a deciding factor in how firms attract and retain clients and staff, and we know that.!
Dominic says Strata is constantly hiring for all roles in the firm, from Accounts Assistants to Fully Qualified Senior Managers, who have the capacity to, and want to progress to Partner level. “Please watch for posts promoted on Linked In, on our website Careers Page, or contact us directly on careers@stratafinancial.ie.”
“Strata is keen to acquire, and partner with other firms who feel they can benefit from integrating their firm, clients, and staff with us, and we would welcome having those conversations. Please do start the conversation by emailing us at dk@stratafinancial.ie.”
